Discovering Elder Scrolls Online #1: Morrowind overhauled

I have quite a soft spot for Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games. I haven´t dipped into the multiplayer content too much, but the solo part is vast and beautiful. So beautiful indeed that I decided to give the "share" button of my PlayStation 4 a try.

They almost look like brothers...

My main character is an Argonian Templar. Argonians are lizard-people as evidenced by the huge tail that sticks out of my character´s back.

Riding on my trusty horse.

He is part of one of three available factions, called the Ebonheart Pact. Argonians as well as Nords and Dunmer (dark elves) are part of the Pact. The later two were prominently featured in Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. These are also the areas that I will visit on my journey to maximum character level. The Dunmer territory looks quite alien, with huge mushrooms and weird, floating tentacle-creatures.

As expected from an Elder Scrolls game, you can find many mysterious places to explore if you take a break from the main story quests.

What secrets are hidden in this place?

You can also find so much attention to detail if you take your time. This light source is pretty funny, I think.

This is some dedicated candle-holding!

There is also crafting in Elder Scrolls Online although it takes quite some time to level up. Just be sure to grab something to eat now and then or else...
